    Sam Parker

From Matos post match he said Parker needs to work on his defensive side. Lets him keep playing I say. But still think Matos will want to bring in a more defensive player with pace. Parker has pace, but maybe not at level Matos wants in defense. Who knows.

Line Up Predictions: Vig Ward (But I would prefer Parker) - Cabango - Burgess - Tymon Stamenic - Franco - Widell Ronald - VP - Eom Score: 2-2

Agree. Maybe it was fear of playing youth and causing us issues and trusted Galbraith more. Who knows. I know Matos mentioned he needs to work on his defending. So maybe that's in his mind. I'm still in the belief whatever Parker does now we will get a more defensive minded RB with pace in the...

  5. Swans Jack

    Walta

20 years old. Going up against a top 3 team and haven't been involved in a year with us. I'll give him a free pass. He only a few times went back, but other than that he ran down the channels and did fantastic. Let's see how he does.

Surely you have some thoughts, good or bad. It's clear Matos is slightly handcuffed. Especially with RB and Wingers. It's clear in my mind he wants to press and cause teams to make errors which we counter on and energy is the forefront of this. Considering he came in to a team with the lowest...

    Andy Mangan

Maybe more of a trial? '' Mangan worked at the Memorial Stadium alongside Tom Gorringe, the former Pirates chief executive who now fills the same role at Swansea.''
  9. Swans Jack

    Walta

Yalcouye hold up play and physical side of the game is shocking. What he does bring is creativity and movement. Maybe Yalcouye should keep Leon and Joe phone number when he leaves. He will need all the advise in the world from players who knew they was never gonna compete in height but can be...

    Walta

Talking of which, do you have any recommendations? 😝.

    Walta

How did you know I had a belly or two 😂😂. I'm fit as a fiddle 😉😏
  12. Swans Jack

    Adam Idah

Not that I like to compare VP and Idah as they both offer different aspects to the game. What Idah does well is his ability to run the channels and create opportunities. While VP hold up play and has better defense mind and more killer instinct. If anything I would like to see Idah more selfish...

    Walta

I have 0 clue to what is happening and you make a lot of valid points. But for all we know it could be a multiple of things. Even VP and a lot of others had issues to adjust, culture wise it's shock for any player to come in and make a impact. Yes he needs game time, but when that happens who...

His pace and pass accuracy stood out to me. His first game with us I believe in a year. I think we got to keep playing him there now till end of season. Maybe not have Cullen. Ronald seemed to do well with him. Matos was over the moon when Parker came off with his performance.

Cabango showed what a player we saw in previous seasons. Burgess did well too. Parker pace and defending got better. Thought we didn't step out of the blocks quick enough at times, but it's understandable considering Boro was fighting for something and alot of our players have played alot of...
  16. Swans Jack

    Walta

Yes I would of liked to see Walta today, but that game and pressure from Boro was insane. Not the game to throw on a player getting used to the division. On side note, Cooper was sat next to him. His days look to be up with the club come the summer.

Shout out to Cabango and Burgess. Proberly best game together in a while. Both been poor this season but we're good today. Parker was brilliant after that first goal of there's.

Phew.. Think I have no nails left on my fingers. Soft penalty for Boro, but take that point.
