Since the tail end of last season when he become a regular the guy has improved massively. Still young for a centre half and on the upward curve, granted this "35k" you go on about is too much to pay but an average centre half based on the last 15 months, give over.

You mean the parting of the red sea that happen over Jan-Feb....hardly 15 months and as already been mentioned darling was missing through half of those games. Majority on here before Christmas were calling for Darling to be club captain, it just seems to be the case for some on here then when someone doesn't sign a contract they they become crap overnight, baffling
