I'm going to see Pego FC this afternoon. I need to watch a team with a bit of fight in them who actually care whether they win or lose. I've got a bitter taste in my mouth I need to get rid of.

Going back to Williams, why the FECK doesn't he play his strongest side from the get go? If ever a game needed Franco on the field, someone with some balls, yesterday was it. I'd have played Ronald before Eom too, he might be semi useless but at least he's got a bit of fight and physicality about him, Eom is like an empty crisp packet blowing in the wind.

That sounds lovely, an afternoon of footy in the watery but warm Spanish sun. I was in Bologna last weekend (walked by Il Veliero, but didn’t go in) and that was mostly blue sky, not so warm though! It’s blowing a gale outside here, it’s making me consider whether to have a bacon sarnie or a sausage sarnie when I get up.

So many questions about yesterday’s debacle. If ever there was a game that needed Franco and a bit of fight, it was then.
