Can someone who is more tech savvy than me object to the recent entry on WiKipedia that it it‘s a song sung on the terraces of Wrexham and Cardiff football clubs. Wrexham I have no issue with. The thought of Crapdiff trying to hog the limelight.

Seems the source for Wiki is Wales Online from March 2022 that says it‘s played on the tannoy system before Blue Tits games.

I don't want to be pedantic, but I can't help it. It's a Llanelli RFC song. Just like Hymns and Arias is a Wales Rugby song.

Anyway don’t worry, FIFA have now decided our official song to be played before each of our games is It’s Not Unusual 😂

Aye, Llanelli RFC were known as the Scarlets from the first time they wore scarlet jerseys in 1884. ;)

Officially?

Or like Swansea RFC were the All Whites.

Just can't bear the bullshit rejuns.

anyone remember years ago when i used to hark on about things like this Yma o Hyd, and the future of Welsh football, with a vision of Wales reaching the world cup.

The Yma o Hyd bandwagon is there to jump on,
there is always a welcome...

can't say i didn't tell you so years and years ago

I don't know Mon. I first went to Stradey in the late 1960s and they were chanting Scarlets then.
I played for Bridgend Under 15s in the Dewar Shield around 1970 and they referred to themselves as Scarlets at that time.
