• We have today (22nd April) confirmed the closure of JackArmy.net on 31st May. Our reasons are varied but after a twenty-five year stint at the heart of the online Swansea City community, the time is right for us to bow out. You can read more at the link below https://jackarmy.net/2026/04/22/jackarmy-net-twenty-five-years-and-out/

Would you really like to see Cardiff relegated?

Personally no.
I know they’re our biggest rivals, and some amongst our fan base would love them to, but I just think there’s something extra special with a derby. Don’t get me wrong, I’m loving their situation, and the hysterics and hurt last weeks result caused them.
Others I’m sure are probably not that bothered either way.

Yes, fck em.
We've had our fun, time to concentrate on top 6 next season.

I really couldn't care less one way or the other. I would prefer them not to be in a division above us if I'm honest but other than that, not bothered about them.

I have mixed feelings I guess, I think we’ve had our stint maybe?
As you say the derby is special and probably/possibly the first fixture we look for when they come out, but our luck surely has to run out at some point, and we’ve kinda proved what we need to prove, i honestly think they need a big humbling as a fan base in general, some still believe in the “sleeping giant” scenario, I think they are right where they deserve to be at present, they do eek results out when needed, so I think they’ll probably just about survive.
I think a space to wait for the derby sometimes gives it that extra spice, like in fairness they were “clear of us” for some years until we met in the league cup when we were promoted to the same level, and that match had real bite to it after some time of not playing them, but they’d not give two shiny s@£ts if we went down, and rightly so, so for the most part I don’t really care what happens to them, but would laugh if they drop.

mixed feeling, yes I'd love to see them go down, especially as I live amongst them.

However, those 6 points could be crucial for us next season.

They’re worth six points a season to us mind.

Only when Russell Martin is our manager.

What a dilemma.

We've utterly humiliated them so it would be lovely to cut them loose before any wheels start turning. Ideally two divisions separate, but they always get saved. Hell, even we saved them in 81 (ok we had other fish to fry so we had to, but they tend to escape). I think they'll make it reasonably comfortably, now they've ditched Hudson, and will win today*. Sabi Lamanki or whatever he's called tends to blow up at some point but not straightaway (actually was he Florist's manager when they gifted us the playoffs? He must have loved last week if so 🤣).

I mean humilliated them too, not just recently but even taking a decade and 10 games. Doube twice, aggregate score 18-4, aggregate points 22-7.

*The last time I was right about football was probably 1977.
