This seems a reoccurring theme now, wolf, christ, macatee. All Russell's bullshit at the end of last season was nothing but hot air. We'll be lucky to sign a league 2 player at this rate.

Why is it RMs fault? Surely it's the owners who ultimately make the decisions on who we sel/buy and for how much.

He was hoping to resign said players, maybe bullshit was a bit harsh as I'm sure he was hoping to resign those players but it's looking less and less lightly to happen.

RM knows full well what our owners are like, he's said as much in his interviews so why mention resigning players when it's unlikely to happen.
