Should there be an honus on trans-folk to disclose their status before anything physical develops? It seems the judge thinks the honus was on him to find out, not her to disclose first

I'm not saying she deserved a beating mind but I don't suppose I'd be too pleased if I was in his position either

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect someone to mention that they’re transitioning to a prospective sexual partner.

I agree. What if they've already transitioned?

The partner is unlikely to ever know without the tell tale physical signs. I’d imagine anyone entering a committed relationship would want to be up front about that though.

Sensible discussion please. Keep your stereotypes for your twitter acolytes.

Cocaine involved.
I bet the thug thought he was "god's gift" under the influence of it.
What a horrible cunt.

Aye, it’s got nothing to do with whether he ‘checked’ before getting involved. He’s going down as a result of the assault that he handed out.

This story is nothing new, during my sea faring days in the late 60’s and on one of our visits to New Zealand. As was the norm on a visit to Auckland a function was set up on board between the ships crew and a party of local nurses. As the evening wore on one of the deck officers was getting on famously with a very attractive lady (as he thought). An invitation was put to the lady for drinks in the said officers cabin which was duly accepted.
After about an hour loud shouting and screaming was heard coming from the cabin and the lady was seen partially dressed running down the gang plank. The very upset deck officer was heard shouting after her, “The bastard has got a pair of balls.”
