Always a bit more interesting than Christmas Day as there’s a bit more variation between families. Buffets, currys etc. I like to do a nice big batch of home made chips and have it with the turkey and ham left over. Nice bit of stuffing, pigs in blankets and bread and butter to go with it.

Washed down with a beer or two.

Cold ham and turkey, stuffing and chips.

Tea time will be a variation of the above, but will include pickled onions, beetroot, cheese etc.

Boxing Day grub is my favourite.

Just had a cracking turkey and stuffing butty for dinner and later on will be having a turkey madras with a few cold continental lagers to wash it down with 🤤

Pretty much same as yesterday. Turkey sarnies for tea later. Job done.👍

Gammon joint which has just come out of the oven and the smell is killing the dog. Home made chips, pickled onions, pickled onion vinegar on the chips. Have it. As they say.

Just had cold turley and gammon ham with a jacket potato and cheese and a huge dollop of Branston Pickle

Boxing Day grub is one of the meals of the year. Cold cuts, stuffing, chips, pickles, slaw, crusty bread, token salad ingredient, copious amounts of lager. The last of the turkey is then going into tomorrow’s curry.

Turkey dinner later, although I really fancy a turkey curry, but I don't think there is any chance.

Xmas lunch today, daughter was working yesterday, followed by Swans TV and 3 points.

Both were excellent.
