I don’t think they’ll stop until after the funeral. Definitely this weekend and on the day of the funeral (either a week Sunday or Monday). Champions League and other European competitions will carry on.

Maybe I'm imagining it but I just took the dog for a walk and it seemed eerily quiet out. You normally have the hum of distant traffic at this time but it seemed noticeably quieter than usual
