Bottom 6 teams go into the Playoff 1st round

3 winners from 1st round play teams in 2nd round

Top 2 from the 2nd round go straight to the tournament

The third best playoff winner is going to New Zealand to play in an Inter-confederation tournament

Wales will most definitely be in the 1st round, should they win.
