Not a bad group that, Turkey sometimes you never know what you are going to get but we can have aspirations of topping that group.

Croatia were a very decent side a few years ago, not the case now?

They are still good now, they did beat England in the 3rd place playoffs at the last Euros but they are far from the height of their powers and with Modric getting on in years they are crying out for a new creative lynchpin.

I wonder if he'll make the world cup squad?

He should, but Page preferred a 17 year old at Fulham with 1 Carabao Cup appearance for the last squad.

Croatia from pot 1 and Armenia from pot 3 is perfect, shame Turkey from pot 4 ruined it a bit! We should be finishing top three in that group no problem though.

Tough group.

Got the best option from pot 3 but the worst from pot 4. Croatia and Turkey aren't the teams they were though so it could have been worse. Latvia aren't no hopers though.

Finishing top is achievable, second is very possible.

That's where i am Chief, with the added bit of 3rd isn't highly unlikely either.

Dont we need to be top two though?

Top goes through automatic, second goes to a play off, third gets nothing.

However if we finish third or lower we will probably get a play off by virtue of being in the top tier of the nations league, but will be an away tie.

Top two are automatic. Play offs are based on Nations League performance so we’re screwed there.
