The thread for links and rumours

And frustration

And delight as Marvin Emnes comes out of retirement

I wonder if the young striker linked could be Nathan Young Coombes. Only a year left on his contract and 3 goals and 3 assists in 11 games at Wimbledon last year. 20 years old with a year left on his contract

No doubt a massive day ahead. Failure to add we are in the shit. If we think what we've got is enough then Duff be gone by xmas.

I am sure this guy may well be a very good player and develop nicely into one over time but right now if this was (and I know you are only throwing a name out there) the kind of player we are looking at to fill a void left by Joel Piroe then the lunatics really have taken over the asylum

Don’t get me wrong you are completely right, just thinking out of realism/desperation really 😅. When Levein is around we may as well have Harvey Dent running our club so your asylum analogy may not be far off!

The hope remains that we have been working behind the scenes on many deals that are not leaked into the public domain

The sad part is we probably all expect the reality to be very different to that given the fact that very little happens at the club without someone within the club talking about it

Steve Torpey out

Tony Bird and Dave O'Gorman in from Barry

;)

Why is there a question mark at the end of the title?

Oh, and our window doesn’t ‘slam shut’. It is always gently closed with an apologetic sigh.
