Not sure about this welsh national anthem stuff as the players walk out.

Don’t get me wrong I go to as many wales games home and away as I can, but most of our players are other nationalities, it’s club football.

Complete no no to safe standing aswell which is gutting, would have liked that over in a section of the the east.

Then I’m sure I read in one of the replies it’s planned as the players are walking out but can’t find the tweet now, so could be imagining things.

I don't really care if they walk out to 'Yes, we have no bananas'. Sort out the playing side and fewer worthless gimmicks please thanks.

I’m not seeing the point of the musical change and a copycat of the scenario at Wales games. Wales is Wales, Swansea City is Swansea City.

Still better than changing shirt colours though

I don’t get the clamour for safe standing to be honest. I’ve had my seat since the stadium opened, and everyone around my area has stood since game one. The first season the stewards would come around now and again and tell you to sit down, but nobody took and notice and carried on anyway.

Thank you.

it seems like utter 'jumping on the bandwagon' bollucks to me and totally inappropriate. National anthems are for before international games. Show some respect FFS.

I've always thought we don't do enough as a club to promote the fact that we are a Welsh club in the English league. It is our USP against the rest of the club's in the pyramid. Obviously there are the other Welsh clubs but we have been the ones on the World stage the past decade. We have missed a trick with that.

That said surely they are not gonna play the actual anthem before games? I'm firmly in the Welsh not British camp but that is taking it to the extreme. Yma o yhd, hyms and arias, etc are a better choice.

Perhaps we could fly this lady over to perform the Welsh National Anthem before our first home game...

Same here. Yma o hyd would be ok but the anthem is for internationals, having said that, yma a hyd is a bit bandwagonesque.

Does anyone have any other information from what was discussed in the forum?
