Is a nitemare waiting to happen. We come outa the east, turn left and have to walk the bottle neck path . Then to see away fans making their way down towards the east (past us). Its not solving fck all, its hardly policed and trust me something will go off there before long.

At least we were able to walk along the closed dual carriageway. Brum & last game of last season (WBA) the police wouldn't let us walk it, instead sending 4,000+ down onto Rossi's road with the traffic - that is an accident waiting to happen.

Very true, both sets of fans coming down that path in opposite directions with not a police officer within 250 yds. Only need a couple of idiots from both clubs to have it really kicking off. And today there were no police on duty by the closed off dual carriageway opposite Rossis either.

What is this bollocks of having to show your tickets when walking past the south stand before the game?

I think that's to do with the Fan Zone.

Aye that's what the steward said when we were having a warm discussion over it. The thing is, they just randomly ask fans, if they were stopping everyone then fair enough.

Probably just stopping the iffy looking ones :D

Defeat the object of this carpark exclusion zone.

They'd rather we encounter each other in a secluded lane than a carpark directly adjacent to the ground would they?

Yup another pointless random annoyance thar achieves nothing but pissses off proper football fans.

As said it’s a pointless and dangerous diversion that will end in a flash point

It’s as pointless as just showing the squad numbers on the screen when confirming a substitution

Never mind the East Stand Diversion! Just keep the away fans from the Eagle after the game!
