• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Relegation would be awful of course, as there’d be no guarantee of bouncing back. It might be the final straw that forces these shoite owners to sell up though, so there could be a silver lining. Getting rid of them is the priority now. I’d be worried about who they’d sell us to, but one step at a time.
that's a bit bonkers isn't it. why would you want to get rid of owners who are spending record amounts ?
and giving it their best shot with 'next level' funding we were unable to raise with our last ownership ?
ofc we need a Trevor Birch but Birch doesn't grow on trees.
a proper sporting director is what we need.

Says everything that a move hardly constructed at pace for the fifth didn't even see players breaking a neck to get back to stop the easy pass.

Something seriously wrong here

I can’t handle this next level 🤣

Did it get any better? Traitors was pretty shite too with the same obvious outcome.

Just back... shower of collective effort. Poor decisions even worse tracking of players similar to the Southampton game. Not sure Wood's head is in our, club very poor attitude. The whole defence was shocking and Fulton and Allen are well past it. I thought the young defender who came on looked half decent.

Funniest part was singing at Sinestra " your just a shit Nathan Dyer" while we were sitting next to Nathan Dyer.

Decent vocal support deserved a reaction from the players.

They may be spending plenty but they're spending it really badly. We did make a comfortable profit on transfers in the summer.
They made a bad managerial appointment & had to waste money sacking & then bringing in a replacement this season.
They appointed Watson, why?
They're responsible for our current recruitment team who aren't impressing anyone and are taking the club backwards at a rate of knots.
All very frustrating
