I think the funding for this will be a stumbling block, I've already heard the council are in talks with loan sharks.

I've just had a thought, if they do go ahead with the aquarium they could get Marillion to open it when they play at the Arena.

Fish would like that.
 
I've been trying to find a negative about Swansea having it's own aquarium barracuda nt think of one!
