Today, Swans TV Live have taken back the £180 they sent me in error on 4th October and have also emailed me saying I was getting the £5 rebate that I was promised 3 weeks ago :lol: I know the £180 was sent to me in error but not sure that should entitle them to take it back without at least giving me a couple of days warning. What if I hadn't had £180 credit left on my account? Presumably, I would now be paying a charge and interest. They really aren't a very well organised and professional bunch, are they? Amateurs!
