I've got some German sausages roasting in the oven, along with spuds, veges and a rice pud for dessert. Just the job for a 40°C July Sunday afternoon (you can take the boy out of Swansea...). Currently watching the Tour finale, then will serve up the grub accompanied by a lovely La Mancha white called Oristan, made with the Vedejo grape. Beautifully fruity and citrusy. Lidl had it on offer this week, so bought half a case, 1.79€ a bottle.
