That's basically very similar to what my thoughts were when I made a post on the Piroe to Leicester thread and its typical of Dyche to want that sort of deal, he'll want top money for who he sells and offer less for a player he want's even though its obvious that the player he'd want is better than who he sells otherwise why would he sell the player, Dyche has got previous for it.

Certainly think a swap plus cash would be a good deal, I would be looking at Simms plus 7M as a good deal for us.

I don’t disagree with a part-ex with player plus cash coming our way, but if you’re talking of Simms as a big prospect what does that make Piroe being as they’re the same age, pretty much? Piroe is obviously the bigger prospect and higher calibre player at this point in their careers.

This is where I am, Simms and £6m, and with some smart clauses built in our favour.

I'll say it again it won't happen with Dyche, Everton are skint, boardroom in disarray, I just don't see it, if Piroe is to go we need to get the best price we can and that's won't a swap deal, if they were to offer a fee it would either come in dribs and drabs and it would come with conditions.

If Piroe is to go, we don't want deals like that.
