• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Ronald is the Brazilian Trundle

I won't be able to watch the 2nd half, and I'm terrified of looking up the score in a couple of hours and seeing Sunderland 3 - 2 Swansea or something like that. It won't happen, will it....?😨

Their two shots on goal have come from 20 and 30 yards, so far we have kept it tight and not given them a sniff at goal. Hopefully we keep that up and show a mean streak at both ends of the pitch.

If we get another one early in this second half I think they will crumble.

Wonder what odds you would have now on Ronald to complete his hat trick.

One thing that has really annoyed me over the last year or so is when we go in ahead at half time and are completely taken by surprise that the opposition come out fired up by the rocket they've had be their manager. How often has it happened that we've conceded within a few minutes of the restart? It's probably not as many as it feels like but it's far too often anyway. I hope Luke has done the business and we carry on where we left off.

Watching the highlights at half time it was actually an amazing save onto the post by their keeper to keep out Placheta's header.

I’ll be disappointed if we’re hanging on today. We need to put them to bed.
