• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Not creative enough - they’ve marked Ronald out of the game and we’re still trying to give him the ball with four men on him! Got to have some variation ffs
Sides have quickly figured out that he is our main threat.
He looked tired on Wednesday and same again today, everything that he usually does that screams class has been missing. LW has completely dropped the ball with rotating his squad with this three game week considering how much energy demand this style wants from our wingers.

They were sitting back defending their draw, that's what makes it so frustrating
That's the concern.

They know we are powder puff going forward and have a mistake in us defensively..........set piece defensively is a major concern now.

Manning showing his pedigree as one of the very best, most sought after young managers

The man we shoulda signed instead of duffer.

Bristol City are no major shakes and their form shows it........we are just worse and that's saying something.

Every time a player makes a forward run we don't try to hit them. No wonder players stop running and we are instead slow and static passing to feet. It all started with the first half where Placheta must have tried to make about 9 or 10 runs and was ignored by Tymon and Grimes every single time.

Realistic hat on here all, hopefully we get a goal but I'm not counting my chickens.

We went into today's game(game 37) with a 5 point cushion on the last relegation spot, it stays this way and we go into game 38 still 5 points off the last relegation place.
One game off with no gain on us.

Just trying to be positive.

They’ve done their homework on Ronald and Platcheta - we have no other answers so game over.
Our biggest problem is that LW hasn't done his. We have a squad for a reason and LW hasn't rotated at all and so our biggest threats look shagged, why bother signing Sagoe Jr on loan and have Key back from injury on the bench if we don't use the former at all and play a centre half at full back instead of the latter?

Is that the same Manning who was sacked by MK Dons 16 months into his contract?? - who only accumulated 15 points from 20 matches in his 2nd season!!
Poor post.

And, Whooosh.

There’s some proper tired ol’ laggards nowadays fiercely bashing their keyboards into the witching hour.

The Manning who within a matter of weeks fixed the MK mess, mediocrity and malaise, and transformed a grossly underperforming squad into the top 3 and playoffs.

The Manning who was not only on our shortlist but is on the shortlist of the majority of aspiring clubs like ours.

Back of the class - go do some proper research on the MK boardroom/players travails instead of a lazy, petty backfiring cheap shot.
