• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Surely Martin can see how much Lati hinders us going forward,Nothing against the lad he just hasn't got the skill set.

Been saying it since the season started, makes you wonder what Stevens has to do to get a game.

Back to the worst of Martinball imo. Cardiff will cream us. Just sit back and attack down the wings and wait for us to do absolutely nothing except go backwards at glacial pace.

I thought okoflex had pace, well get him on the bastard field then.

Half time thoughts:

Referee having an absolute shocker - two optimistic penalty claims turned down and one stonewall penalty ignored and the striker was all over Darling in the buildup to the second goal.

Lati not doing much better than the ref, I can never fault his effort but the lad just isn't an attack minded player and lacks guile and creativity. We absolutely have to bring on Stevens for the second half if we want any joy from this.

Cundle and Cooper have both been quiet, not helped though by Reading camping 8 around the box denying them space.

Their keeper made two top class saves to keep it at 0-0 before they scored - we should have been ahead before then. We need more tempo to get something out of this - Reading are not very good though we can absolutely take the game to them and turn this around.

TV clearly showed Darling was pulled back around the waist by the forward for their second. Ref wasn't up with play. Lack of experience from Darling, he should have fallen on the ball and held on to it when fouled.
I have to say, apart from the brainfart for their opener, we're playing well.

There is no real quality at Wingbacks.. Cundle is struggling to link up with Oberfemi and we lack pace and creativity is limited. Throwing the ball in the box in open play isn't working either. Needs to improve greatly against a poor side second half

Reading did the exact same thing to us last season. Nothing has changed from last season. Not a fking thing.

The Russ U-turn, warra plonker. As feared.

Reminiscent of how we 'dominated' the game against Blackburn and got spanked. Pedestrian, boring, predictable.

If Ince tells Ince to stop with the petulance and contribute, we could be Royally fecked. Ince running at Cabango in a double-pronged siege on our flanks would be carnage.

This could get uglier.

We need an impetuous from somewhere, these are awful and there for the taking.

Defensively we are hopeless. It's an issue that has not been addressed all season. Individual mistakes are costing us dear and it is happening far too often. Do we have a defensive coach?
