• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

For those travelling by road allow extra time ! Southampton to Ringwood took over 1.5 hours to cover a 10 mile stretch of the A31 today. Roadworks everywhere in the Ringwood area long delays.
I went M4/J13 Newbury, A34 etc and it was a doddle.

For a side top of the Championship having only just lost it's first game they don't seem that confident...

Quite simple this. Play any of Kelly, Davis or Brady at left back and we have a chance. Play Mepham there again and we will most likely lose. I’d also like him to play a more creative midfield this game. Play either Jeff or Pearson in the six position, and have Billing and Christie central. Anthony on the left and Lowe on the right. Let’s have a good go!

I fancy a win for us today... Be brave and play our game, tight at the back and smash em. Come on ewe swans.

According to their forum, Bournemouth are really struggling at left back. They currently don’t have a fit recognised left back and had to resort to playing Chris Mepham there last match…

… if Mepham plays there again I fully expect Laird to abuse him.

The alternative is Robbie Brady, who’s traditionally a winger, getting on a bit and hasn’t played all season.

Laird's confidence has grown over the past few weeks and he's taking defenders on more. If its Mepham he's up against, he could give him a real roasting today. Hope so anyway.

Laird and Ntcham (if he plays) will destroy Meopham if he plays left back.

Do it Parker!

Can see Cabango starting for Bennett, Downes for Smith and maybe Walsh for Ntcham

Obafemi not in the match day squad again, can this guy stay fit at all?

I've heard that Russ has had issues with Obafemi's attitude in training on more than one occasion already... could be an attitude thing causing him to be dropped.

I think this will be a bit beyond us today. If it's 0-0 half time we have a shout.

Showing kick off delayed on BBC
Sorry that’s Brum. 🙄

Feck me Bmuff comms calling Ntcham Laird thick ignorant f uckers
