For Andy, why did you appoint the following people to such crucial roles at the club?

Ian Leman - Ian Leman - LinkedIn
Adam Worth (ghost online, can't find anything)

I'm told it is this pair that were allowed to run our recruitment from Watson's departure through to the end of the window? Andy Coleman's decision apparently, and referenced in the diabolical presser from LW after the window closed.

Both essentially acted as joint heads of recruitment / sporting directors, despite neither having any previous experience in football - never mind in identifying and recruiting players.

All this despite Martin Hodge being in the building and not being allowed a say in what we do, or being allowed to get the deals done despite being in the game for 20+ years ... and with all his contacts he would have from that time.

We need answers.
