We'll ask for 15m, they'll offer 5 and we'll bend over and say no probs.

Madness to sell him to a rival, and for a fee which we'll have to spend most of to get someone of half his quality.
If the new owner/investors have real ambition and are not just paying lip service, they should be busting a gut to get him to stay.

Agree with this but we just don’t know how the new investors will see it yet. We know the likes of Kaplan, Levein & their entourage have shown little ambition throughout their tenure and they will still have significant influence

All the business experts will be out in force to tell us what a great deal it will be selling Piroe irrespective of what we get for him.

Players capable of scoring 20 goals or more in successive seasons are few and far between at any level

£10m would be a decent return considering he has only got 12 months left on his contract. That's based on it being a flat fee, not partially incentive based.

Annoying to sell him to another Championship team, but the record of the last two strikers who did well here and went for big money (McBurnie and Brewster) may make PL clubs think twice about Piroe.

Aaron Collins would be a good shout from Bristol Rovers as a replacement.
