Surely the spotlight is on him now, head is surely on the block?

Can't make Duff the scapegoat 100%.

From what I have heard Watson has not been on firm ground almost since he arrived

And with the Hodge stories going around it does seem that he may not be another long term employee.

Just had this conversation. :) and was going to post so still here goes

The Watson appointment was drawn out but we were told he was working in the background

Was he involved with the appointment of Duff.

And I was going to ask about the rumours a few weeks back about Hodge.

Should be sacked simple as, along with half the squad

On the face of it doesn't seem to have done anything that stands out.

Its difficult to know what Watson bought here - everyone got excited as he was at Luton and Luton were about to be promoted blah blah but the reality is nobody seemed to know what he did at Luton and if it was that good a job there is no reason why he would end up at Swansea City surely?

And lets also add to the fact that the summer transfer window was the same as the January one, pretty much a disaster with the only difference being we actually signed some players.

Sums it up in a nutshell

Summer recruitment was poor add to that we still have naughton in defence and Chris O'Leary in the dug out, but worst of all the ownership structure and you have a club that is destined to fail.

Ex Burnley head of recruitment

So he’s with us as head of recruitment now? To be honest I gave up ages ago with all the appointments and roles that have come about the past year or so. Our management / staff wage bill must be more than the playing staff 🤣
