• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Looking competitive... we have to get our recruitment right from the start.

Home form needs to improve.

Where are Cardiff

Bit early to predict the final table as the teams will be changing, gaining and losing players and some managers.

Mid table for them for a couple of seasons i reckon 😉
At least they will feel like its a more enjoyable season when they arent finishing bottom of the league
Though I wouldnt put it past them to go down again especially if everyone in the club turns on each other and Tan quits calling in all the money he is owed

Although it doesn't stop papers from making early predictions

How the 2022/23 Championship table is predicted to finish

  • Ipswich 6/4
  • Southampton 15/8
  • Sheff Utd 5/2
  • Birmingham 3/1
  • Coventry 7/2
  • Middlesbrough 7/2
  • Leicester 9/2
  • West Brom 11/2
  • Wrexham 13/2
  • Norwich 13/2
  • Bristol City 7/1
  • Millwall 9/1
  • Swansea 9/1
  • Watford 10/1
  • Stoke 10/1
  • Blackburn 12/1
  • Hull 12/1
  • Sheff Wed 14/1
  • Derby 14/1
  • QPR 20/1
  • Preston 25/1
  • Portsmouth 25/1
  • Charlton 33/1
  • Oxford Utd 33/1

Its absurd that Wrexham are 13/2 and Birmingham are ranked as 3/1 making them the 4th favourites
Not that you can really put any real faith in bookies odds especially when the transfer window hasn't even opened yet

What’s Cardiff’s odds. I couldn’t see them in the list.

🫢 I like to start the day with a run, all bran and a reminder. What a Beautiful Day.

Edit: Dammit, should have read the whole thread first 🤣🤣
