Let me start this topic off and see who people ‘realistically' want as new manager should Martin leave/sacked.

Didn’t we have a very random link to Kevin Muscat back in January?

I dread to think what they’ll dredge up.
I very much doubt we’ll get an improvement on Martin.

Interesting one, he was the 'brains' behind big Russell’s process apparently.

Ian Evatt interests me if Bolton don’t get promoted.

It would be a no from me but I would be very surprised if Rooney isn't a favourite.

Would Patrick Viera come here?

I thought he had Palace playing good attractive football - would potentially be a good pull factor for players.

Didn’t he leave because of location being an issue in the first place?

Wouldn't he be familiar with how the club is run though.

Kieran McKenna would have been ideal but probably unlikely with Ipswich's promotion.

Ian Evatt and Luke Williams do seem good fits.

Get Brendan Rodgers on the phone and do it now.

I think everyone would want this, but do you think he’d actually come back?
