Cue the " I have not had mine" panickers even though the club said only to worry if not arrived by Thursday morning.
That said, I have been away for.a few days and will get home later today.
If mine isn't waiting for me when I get home, I will be on the phone demanding some answers!!

I would take both and try the card first , then if that fails try the mobile app ?

Can't fault them. Got in a short while ago.
New card was waiting so saves me being Mr Angry on the phone tomorrow
Only grumble is the plain white card - preferred the black one.
No pleasing some people I suppose

Have you tried logging out and then log back in ? You may find your digital season ticket updated - it did for me anyway. Otherwise, just use your physical card as that should be correct. Goodness knows what it will be like on the day !

Ha! That was exactly my first thought when I opened the envelope this morning!
