With every game I see Brennan Johnson play, I'm more and more convinced that a clever and established PL club should try and buy him this summer.

No idea what Forest's financial situation is, but maybe you could convince them to sell at £25-30m. I think the price will go up considerably after he's got a full PL season and a World Cup under his belt.
