Wonder what the general opinion would be if he was considered as an option to Martin.
Personally, it wouldn’t bother me. Forget the Cardiff connection, I’m sure he’d get the players playing again.

He would never come here and it would be the shortest stint of the lot.

It's funny isn't it? It seems that there is no other club he can manage other than Luton, an ugly philosophy for an ugly club

He doesn’t have a good record with teams that start with S mind… 😂

Jones being sacked should surprise nobody after yesterday.
As for getting a job at the Swans - no chance.
A proportion of our fanbase would never have him & would be giving him pelters given the slightest chance.

Under no circumstances must that little cvnt be allowed in the car park let alone manage.

I thought Southampton hired him to prepare them for the Championship next season.

Interesting stat: 11 Premier managers have got at least 1 point at St Mary's this season. Nathan Jones wasn't one of them, even though he was the Southampton manager.

He's starting to look like following the Gary Monk route of lots of jobs in a relatively short period, meaning lots of lovely payoffs when he gets sacked...

Even though it was never said, I guess his little outburst last week effectively put his job on the line - lose to Wolves and you’re out.

I don't think he'd want to come here but atm, I reckon he could get more out of our squad at this level than the present incumbent.

You’d have thought so wouldn’t you? If their aim was to stay in the prem, they’d have been better off hiring Big Sam or someone like that with history of keeping sides up, then gone and hired Nathan or an alternative in the summer
