Historically I don't like to see managers sacked (there have been exceptions, mind), I tend to give the benefit of the doubt until things are obviously not going to get better. And things are not obviously going to get better.

We just need to stop passing it at the back in tight situations. We clearly don't have the players to suit this style so it's all down to the gaffer I'm afraid. If we mixed it up a bit and kept the opposition guessing a little might help. We are so one dimensional it's unreal. Not much of a plan A at the minute, let alone a plan B. Teams put the high press against us and wait for the inevitable missed pass at the back and hey presto. Sit on the lead for an hour and then catch us on the break when we are chasing the game late on. I can see a 3 or 4-0 v Boro at the weekend but hope and happy to be way off the mark with my prediction.
