• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Made some outstanding saves today in fairness and his distribution is very good most of the time, but he can be equally as bad at times. Would like to see a new keeper come in next season to challenge him.

He could do with putting on about a stone of muscle to give himself the confidence to dominate the box. He's a little timid at the moment in getting amongst it in the box.

Or just stop sending Benda out on loan? Not saying he is the answer but without spending (another) small fortune on a keeper its the better thing to do - have the two of them challenging

Get Woodman back, can see him getting released from Newcastle in the summer when they buy the cream of world football.

Woodman's distribution is less reliable than Hermes.

Fair, but he's a keeper, let's get back to shotstoppers rather than someone who can pass the ball sideways...

Back to basics #oldskool

Lets leave Woodman where he is.

Waste of 400k. Too small, makes far too many mistakes with the ball and his distribution would make de vries laugh his tats off.

Benda got dropped because his distribution was dire. He is not the answer.
