Just a quick shout out to the utter plums, who arranged bridge joint repairs around M4, near the Culverhouse cross junction.
Its half term, we were on our way up to a gig, and allowed 2.5 hours just in case, as we were having a meal prior to the gig. Luckily managed to get off at CHX, it was fooking carnage. Anyway well done, WG and TfW.

Up here they closed a junction to Wrexham Industrial estate and Chester for six weeks without telling anyone and no diversion in place.

Lots of people late for work and school that first morning. A month on and they still haven't put any diversion in place

My sympathies to anyone adversely affected by these, I know what it's like, but on a purely selfish note, are these works still likely to be in place on Saturday?

According to the Wombles up in Cardiff, works are due to be complete second week in December, lane closures and some overnight working included. I'd check closer to the day before planning your trip.
