For the record, Wayne is saying that Andy Burnham is a new version of Boris Johnson, as if there could be another. To be fair, Johnson became mayor of London, despite it mostly being a Labour stronghold. and Burnham was and still is a popular mayor of Manchester.
Yep but as we've seen, a (on the surface) charming metro mayor doesn't translate into what the country needs.
