Predicts we're finishing 5th!

https://blog.betvictor.com/en-gb/sports/football/championship-2023-24-season-preview-1-24/?_gl=1*1i4f6z0*_ga*MTA3MDc0ODM2Ny4xNjg3NjI3MTAx*_ga_B1JTVFFX3P*MTY5MDE3ODkwNC4yNi4wLjE2OTAxNzg5MDQuMC4wLjA

We've just lost our top assister, will lose our top scorer, our fit keeper is pants, we've shed more squad players, have less depth, don't have a left back and gave quite a few long term injuries.

Unless something changes we're finishing no where near 5th. With the strength of the division, I'd say top 12 would be reasonable.

Sadly I doubt the scum will finish as low as predicted too.

Top 12 will be a good season I agree. Plenty more I'm going to assume there's plenty of work being done behind the scenes but got a bad feeling about the Piroe situation at the moment.

Cardiff will be pretty strong. Kieffer Moore will score goals in this league if it's true he's set to go back, still busy in the market aswell. Would like to think it's nowhere near top 6 quality though.

Ashby and Rushworth were held up by parent clubs to help for their tours I thought?

He’s tried saying them deals could have been done weeks ago but the club is waiting for money to go into accounts.

Different to what I've been told. Who knows.

Who knew a pre season friendly loss could upset so many people and cause massive negativity, we’re shit against Oxford the best of times anyway.

The words “according to daps” should never be uttered in sensible lexicon.

He is one of many on a mission to get as much negativity into this season as possible. Needless to say he is yet again lying.

We have already spent about £3m, with deals to get in Premier League loanees held up by their parent clubs pre season tours.

Indeed. We talk about 'journalists' who make up hundreds of transfer stories in the hope that one of them comes true and therefore proves they're ITK. Daps is the forum equivalent. Does anyone remember anything he got right ever?

We've spent 3million on 2 loan players who'll only be with us a year!?

And unless 1 of them is Lewis (which I doubt considering his wages and the competition rumoured) we still don't have a fit left back.

That worries me if true. Thought we were moving away from the prestige loan thing?

We could lose every pre season game 5 zip...who the fvk cares? Beat Birmingham first up all that counts.

Think he means Yates.

Key about 500k
Yates about £2.5m

We did this without selling anybody. Since then Whittaker was sold was circa £1m and Lati has gone to tribunal rumoured to be £500k.

We are now after x2 PL loans who are being held up by their clubs American tours. There is no ‘waiting for money to hit the account’.

Cashflow is not a problem, it never has been when it comes to incoming transfer money.

We have always borrowed with banks using incoming transfer cash as collateral, we haven’t even done that this time - because we don’t need to.

I get you.

Although Obafemi's transfer was completed early on.

Joseph went also.
