They have a shot next year. The play off winner will be gash, and Muff are hit or miss. Leeds and Everton won’t be getting much better neither.

Nah, they’re coming back down aren’t they? Mitrovic, two goals all season. All three promoted sides will be back.

I will add to that by stating that Fulham will spend £50m and Norwich will spend £8m.

Congratulations to the team with the biggest budget winning promotion at a canter.

Always a good time to remember just how badly Jenkins and the Yanks screwed the pooch in that last season in the PL in particular, giving us no real chance of taking advantage of our parachute payments.

Thankfully it's still a junk division so it doesn't take much to be competitive, but it does show the uphill struggle we'll be facing to get into those promotion places. The next set of accounts, due within the next week or so, will tell us where we were at the end of last season at least.
