I have had a very large dislike for Chelsea for some time now.

He says he is not going to ask for the loans to be repaid - does that mean they are still squillions in debt?

Jim ratcliffe is a Chelsea season ticket holder , he could easily afford to buy it if he wanted too, its more likely to be a consortium , I doubt anybody will offer more than 1.5 billion
