My all time favourite Christmas song was by that peado Glitter, Another Rock And Roll Christmas, used to love that song, obviously not played anymore but a cracking Xmas tune back in the day 😒

Not going into favourites here but I saw an advert the other day for a Christmas album which had Paul McCartney's frog chorus on it - when did that become a christmas song?

Cracking tune in fairness, but if you look closer it's probably the most depressing song ever written 🤔 all about drug and alcohol abuse, with a smattering of domestic violence thrown in, not to mention the homophobic slur, but yes everyone dances around the Christmas tree to it, including me

2nd favourite is Stop the cavalry, by Jona Lewie.

Analyse that one 🙂

I am thinking perhaps my xmas songs are more a biography of me and my ancestors rather than the jolly time they should be.

Anyway. They wont change. You can stick Cliff Richard's Mistleoe and Wine where the sun dont shine.
