Thought there would be a thread or two on todays result.

Excellent performance today, passing with purpose, and everyone putting a shift it.

Special mention for Walsh and my MOM Ntcham (even without the goal).

It's only a swallow, and not yet summer , but i thoroughly enjoyed that.

More of the same please drive!!

Fisher really concerns me tho. The cauldron up there in a few weeks doesn't fill me with any confidence where he's concerned. They'll sling everything at him from anywhere.

He had no problems up there last April, when we won 4-0.

C'mon, we both know things are little different now. They are nowhere near as bad as they were, and wer no better than we were. Throw in Fishers multiple errors in between.

Clean sheet today, celebrate that and don't worry about what may happen.

He didn't do anything wrong today, clean sheet is a massive improvement.

UppaJacks!

I thought we played well today. Walsh gave us more purpose and a link between back and front. I'd love to see this develop into something better again. We need more width and pace fr that to happen I reckon. Hell of a relief; we really needed that.

eDit. Do I still want Martin to naff off? You bet your ass. His triumphalism when we win and total shithousery when we lose is totally disgusting. Look where we are in the table before your pumping mush, and tell us what you've achieved in two years.

Did he do any pumping today then??

Played well. Much better.

Hard to get too excited but nice to win.

All the fist pumping and getting the backroom together puts a bit of a sour note on but can only enjoy after the shit times of late

He did yeah.

Hardly the worst thing in the world, and shouldn't detract from the win though. He celebrated the win, like we all should, like the fans in the East did.

Why does Russ and the backroom staff celebrating a win, leave a sour taste?

Fuckinghell.

Aye, fair enough his pressure relief valve must have oozed out the tension he must have been feeling

Definitely.

Fans would have moaned had he just gone down the tunnel no doubt. Weird lot aye.

We were more than decent today, and the fans responded in kind as well. Plenty of Russell Martins barmy army belted out. Fans were flat out behind the team today. Wonderful stuff.
