...best since Fabianski. Fact. Brilliant performance today. He needs a song, c'mon guys :D

Meh, diving around like a big tart making the saves look like worldies. Big Rog would have held on to all of those using just a couple of fingers ;)

He was pretty good, wasn’t he. Best in the last couple of seasons for sure,

Absolute class! Premiership written all over him, and he’s still learning as a young lad. Will definitely play for England in the future.
Great bit of business bringing him here in the first place. Was it Watson?

He's put a few points on the board for us. You would normally attribute that to the forwards.

Quality keeper, still has the odd mistake in him, but hes still young and most keepers do anyway. Hes going to the very top!

Russ would have had him fannying about passing it around, the fact that Duff only requires that in small doses helps him as his distribution isn't great. That aside, he's pulling off some top notch saves. And there is a song about him, dull poster clearly an armchair fan.

If thats aimed at my comment in the matchday thread then yes, been an armchair fan since becoming unwell. Had 200 consecutive games under my belt 10 years ago and would love to be that same person.

Obviously wasn't aware my friend, best wishes to you.

Sainthelens post is not aimed at you Blaze. And good on you for your past and current support.

No, Sainthelens' post is a pop at me, because as the OP, I suggested a song for the excellent Rushworth.

Sainthelens says there is in fact a song, But then gets some subsequent venom in without knowing facts - ie saying I'm a dull armchair poster.

Fact is I've been going to Swans matches for over 50 years, both home and away ( latter less now). And at the Sunderland game yesterday near the South Stand, I couldn't hear any song about Carl Rushworth - and if ever there was a time for a chant for him, that was it.

So what is the chant/ tune ? And btw was it sung yesterday.

That would be a helpful reply Sainthelens. 😅

Ah yes, I see now that you mentioned it in your opening post. I too suggested he needs a song in the matchday thread yesterday 👍

Sorry for the confusion. Worth remembering we're all on the same team, thats why we're here. Im guilty of forgetting that at times too

Wasn’t it you that used to travel all sorts of random places in your car watching us? Preseason games on the continent etc?

There was a song sung for him a couple of times yesterday, for the life of me can’t remember the tune now. But it was one of those basic, generic songs which are sung for tons of players.
