Bony was the best striker in the league at the time we sold him? The move to Man City? At that time?

If so thank you, best laugh I have had for ages

He was a very good striker but come on let's not rewrite history to that kind of level

Suarez with more than double Bony’s goals that season was nearly as good mind.

I’d say tor that season he was Top 5 strikers in the league... he was unplayable for a while and bagging them in for one of the un fancied teams in us. An absolute joy to watch who suited us perfectly.

His other kid

If either of them are half the player their old man was in his prime then that'll do me.

The was up there with the best at the time. It was a real privilege to have him.

Bony was a quality finisher, that's why city bought him, he held the ball up well and was built out of concrete, I forget which player it was who tried kicking him and looked like he had kicked a lamppost

He is only 32 now, injuries aside I don't know why his career went downhill the way it did, he just seemed to lose interest

thank you - some real selective memory on here. Wasn't he the top scorer in the annual year (not PL season) at the time of sale? Never seen skill/touch like that from a player of his size
