BBC mention in their 'breaking news' article about Eustace that Rooney has just left DC United and Birmingham are now run by Americans...

This is just incredible. What did Eustace have to do to keep his job? A lot of Brum fans are unhappy with this decision. American owners…?

Erm, erm, yeah, I mean, erm (in a scouse accent).

This has got disaster written all over it.

One of my walking football mates, a bluenose, has been crowing over their start compared to ours, so I'm looking forward to extracting the urine on Friday.

Didn’t they do this before when Rowatt was there and they were like 4th in the league? They wanted a change of style hired Zola who flopped massively.

Looks like Eustace was being linked to Rangers may have had something to do with it, maybe the owners wanted Rooney while he was available rather than wait for compo.

Yes, Rooney, I know. American owners look no further than the name.

He let Russ fist pump him today.

Another loss for “Wayne Rooney’s Birmingham”

That'll please some fans in our quarter!

Probably pleases everyone for once, one way or the other.

I guess this'll cushion the blow.
