I find it hard to believe that we are aiming for Cat 1 when over a period of time there has been no teamsheets, a broken PA system and last weekend v Wolves the kick off was suspended because there was no mandatory ambulance present.

What was the atmosphere like? Were the questions very critical?

A bit of a love in as recent forums have been . You get the feeling that Tom Gorringe is the most professional CEO we have had since Trevor Birch .
Vitor Matos seems to have plenty of personality and provided reasons to feel positive about what may develop on the playing side .
One or two questions named and were critical of individual players recent performances. Vitor was supportive of those players and you feel his approach will be more nurturing than disciplinary . He seems to have more in common with Roberto Martinez . Time will tell
