• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Christie played about 25 minutes for us at CB and directly given away two goals?

Doesn't fill me with confidence.

Okay, Christie anywhere near the starting eleven gives me the fear, but Franco's return will hopefully steady the ship. I would snap your hand off for a point and a decent showing.

Make no mistake, though; another performance like Hull and Portsmouth, and Williams will be looking down the barrel of a gun, never mind dreaming of a move to the Midlands.

Slowest centre back pairing in the league

Surely if you're in charge of WBA your instruction would be to allow them the ball and press like nobody's business

If they press high we need multiple options to play out, short, medium and long. Our 89% medium pass completion is best in the league. Let's not hit long ball after long ball, only for the ball to come straight back.

Yikes. Stadium looks half empty.

Live TV game, coming off the back of a thrashing, at a time where some people are a bit skint after Xmas. Plus we're not exactly the greatest watch in the division at the best of times.

Not all that surprising really.

These posession losses going to cost us eventually
