• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

We almost plucked defeat from the jaws of victory but we held on in a game where we should have been out of sight at half time.

If I gave match ratings for players 1st half and 2nd they would be wildly different.

Not happy that we were hanging on for the last ten minutes. We've got to put teams away when we're on top. Still, a gritty performance, well done boys.

Considering QPR and Millwall wins, I think we can say thank f**k for that.

Massive result... also considering QPR, Millwall, Hudds, Plymouth and Sheff Wed winning.. what odds would you have got on those results

We should petition the league to let us play all our games away from home.

Our away record is actually really good. Since September and the debacle at Legoland we've lost four away games, all agains the top four.

Really really good performance overall that, first half in particular we were excellent. Should have finished them off earlier with the chances we had but great three points - especially with a load of the other teams down the bottom winning as well.
