• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

It's obvious but will it happen?

And lets not forget how much money we spend on a monthly basis on Watson, Coleman and Gude...

Surplus to requirements at Norwich. Loan terminated by Birmingham in January.

Definitely our type of signing.

I suppose a short term option was needed - Ginelly will be back in the Summer but we needed pace on the flanks.

Not an exciting one but probably a better option than Bolasie

Happy enough with all 3 signings so far this season… would love something to happen with the centre midfielder from Denmark… and a new striker would be a bonus

Where's he going to play though? Instead of Tymon? Ronald? Sagoe?
He will be used as left back cover for Tymon especially if they can shift Pedersen.
He is also brings versatility as being able to play left wing and as an attacking central player.

It's a squad filler until the end of the season.

We signed 3 left backs in the summer, didn't need them so sent 3 out on loan this month, now we need to sign a squad-filler for the position.

If it wasn't so bad it would be funny

Basically 🙈 It's absolutely horrendous!

Goes to show that there has been very little work in regards to the signings, some have had little to no chance to play.
Looking to shift Pedersen on, leaving only one left back in Tymon at the club.

Surely would have just been better in keeping Ogbeta on.

If this is planning and preparation then God help us.

Yeah but its what the data says...

That's what you get when non footballing people get involved.
They try to cover their lack of knowledge with data and spreadsheets.

Everything has its place but things like data shouldn't be at the forefront of player recruitment.

It's a shambles but unfortunately they won't see it that way, will have the answers that sound good in their heads.
Some will still defend them on these forums and elsewhere.......you will likely still see and hear the name Martin as an excuse.
