100% with you that people should make up their own minds and not spout received opinions. In the spirit of critical evaluation I should admit I've never seen Yates live, and am going from the basis that I've seen all his minutes on television. He could be making brilliant runs off screen for I know and simply not getting a pass. Now that wouldn't surprise me as most of our players can't see or pick a pass at the right time and have hesitation and caution on the ball hard coded.

He does work hard as the poster in between says (Duff insisted on the high press and he runs his legs off) and he's got a very hard act to follow with regards Piroe. He definitely can finish though and I expect the involvement of Bolasie will help him no end. Let's see what he can do with a better supply line.

Bolasie was gassing after 30 minutes yesterday but I get your point, just need the two to start together, or come on for the last 20 minutes...

He will need to sharpen up soon. A disappointing performance again.
