I’m going Saturday 2nd April 1994 down the Vetch, we won 1-0 through a Dave Penney penalty.
Only about 3500 there because Doug banned away fans after what happened the previous December.

We didn't play them in the mid 00s, September 2008 was the first derby this century, which was the league cup Gomez free kick, but the league games were stupid o'clock, before noon, Sunday kick offs.

Took my young nephew to that one. Sat in the East Stand and after the game it kicked off up there.

My first ever Derby.

The first derby I went to was at the Vetch and our cousins were booing their own player Cohen Griffiths.
Even as a primary schools kid I was left scratching my head as were fully grown men.

My first two were the Welsh Cup 1-1 draw at Ninian Park, then the 3-0 defeat at the Vetch in the replay.
Think they were 2nd Division at the time ?. We were 4th Division
Dave Bruton scored both goals up at Cardiff
