• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Where did you get that? I’m supposed to be at the Swans for work???

Sky, having looked at out last games decided they needed some kind of entertainment.

That’s an odd one. We often see last minute additions to the sky schedule but I can’t remember us being taken off the schedule like this before...someone at sky must have seen our recent games...

Every side has a maximum quota of games they can be shown live, Leeds United would have hit their quota on Sunday, as they can not be promoted on Sunday, sky have decided to hold back and televise the game when they could reach the " promised land" instead...

Camera operators threatened to go on strike if they were forced to cure their insomnia by filming another 90 minutes at the Liberty.

They made a mistake after watching tonight. One team going for automatic promotion and the other right in the running for play off :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

Basically they've shown Leeds too many times as all clubs have alimit on how many times their matches can be on TV. Cost us £50k.
